for your session
Please bring:
a towel (although two is better - one to sit on, one to dry with)
bathing costume
water bottle
in your session
Please try and follow these simple bits of Sauna Etiquette:
towels in sauna: sitting on your towel means that the Sauna is kept more hygienic for everyone.
shower before plunging: this helps keep the plunge pools cleaner - no one likes a dirty plunge!
use the airlock: opening and closing one door at a time means the sauna stays nice ‘n’ hot!
